The Federal Housing Financing Agency partners with Lista Design Studio to create its annual Report to Congress. This partnership has led to innovative and enticing reports. The required report covers FHFA's yearly activities and regulated entities.
In 2021, I was the main designer. There were many challenges for the reports. The report's cover needed to be updated and refreshed. Lista was allowed to include a multitude of housing images. Each image was carefully edited to bring out the saturation. Updating the report's many charts, graphs, and tables was difficult. There was limited space and lots of information to add.
Despite lots of challenges, Lista Design Studio continues to design invigorating reports. In the end, the easiest part was laying out the text.

This project taught me tips on putting together a professional report, how to make reports 508 compliant, and how to divide the work of a report into smaller tasks.
